A must have for the book shelf for all writers

I have been a writer almost all my life, and have struggled with excuses and self defeating behaviors from the day I picked up a pen. The exercises in this book are a must have for any writer who has had goals and wondered why she can't seem to meet them. The section on reasons and excuses alone is worth the price of the book.

Fantastic purchase!

I loved this book! As much as I have always adored writing my own stories and have dreams of being a successful author, I am very reluctant to spend money on guides to further this dream. However, I made an exception for this one and I'm so glad that I did! From the very beginning it caught my attention and laid things out in a clear, logical order that motivated and inspired me - even after having felt blocked with my writing for months. For me, this book was exactly what I needed and I would encourage anyone who has been struggling with their writing and needing some support and advice to buy this.

So Helpful, buy if you are serious about changing yourself

I bought this because as a constant procastinator/perfectionist I was searching for the perfect book to guide me. In reading this book I now know that all the help I need IS inside me. I covered a few areas within the book, the endless excuses which blocked my way to my desk have now been banished. A few weeks after reading this book I am well on the way to my goal of writing every day. Thanks
