Really just a reference

The book delivers its intended purpose, to define terms associated with brewing. Other than that however, the book doesn't offer too much in the way of extraneous information.
I realize this is a dictionary, but alone, this book really wouldn't benefit anyone except a beginning brewer. If you buy this for a brewer who has a few batches under their belt, this probably wont leave the shelf very often at all. Most of the terms are familiar to brewers.
So all in all, the book is informative, but its true value is working in conjunction with other books more on the method and technique of brewing.
